1. Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap.

2. Unscrew the wheel bolts. Use wheel impact socket 19.

AUTODOC recommends: To avoid injury, hold up the wheel when unscrewing the bolts.

3. Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.

4. Spread the brake pads. Use a crowbar.

5. Disconnect the ABS sensor electric socket. Disconnect the brake pad wear sensor plug.

Remove the ABS sensor connector. Remove the connector of the brake pad wear sensor.

Please note! Some cars are not equipped with the brake pad wear sensor.

6. Release the ABS sensor cable from the holder on the brake caliper.

7. Unscrew the brake caliper fastening. Use a drive socket 13. Use a ratchet wrench.

8. Remove the brake caliper.

AUTODOC recommends: Tie the caliper to the suspension or to the body with a wire without disconnecting from the brake hose to prevent depressurization of the brake system.

Make sure that the brake caliper is not hanging on the brake hose.

Don&039;t press the brake pedal after the brake caliper has been removed.

As a result, the piston can fall out from the brake cylinder, and brake fluid leakage and depressurization of the system may occur.

9. Unscrew the caliper bracket fastening. Use a drive socket 19. Use a tap wrench. Use a ratchet wrench.

10. Remove the brake caliper bracket together with the brake pads.

11. Remove the brake disc.

12. Clean the hub. Use a wire brush. Treat the contacting surface. Use copper grease.

13. Remove anti-corrosion grease from the new brake disk.

14. Install the brake disc.

15. Install the brake caliper braket together with the brake pads.

16. Tighten the brake caliper bracket. Use a drive socket 19. Use a torque wrench. Tighten it to 55 Nm torque.

17. Clean the brake caliper surface. Use a brake cleaner.

AUTODOC recommends: After applying the spray, wait a few minutes.

18. Press in the brake caliper piston. Use brake caliper wind back tool.

19. Install the brake caliper and fix it. Use a drive socket 13. Use a torque wrench. Tighten it to 30 Nm torque.

AUTODOC recommends: Without starting the engine, press the brake pedal several times until you feel significant resistance.

20. Install the ABS sensor cable in the holder on the brake caliper.

21. Connect the ABS sensor electric socket. Connect the brake pad wear sensor plug.

22. Clean the brake disk surface. Use a brake cleaner.

AUTODOC recommends: After applying the spray, wait a few minutes.

23. Treat the surface where the brake disc contacts the wheel rim. Use copper grease.

24. Screw in the wheel bolts. Use wheel impact socket 19.

AUTODOC recommends: To avoid injury, hold up the wheel when screwing in the fastening bolts.

25. Lower the car and working in a cross order, tighten the wheel bolts.

Use a torque wrench. Tighten it to 110 nm torque.

26. Tighten the brake fluid reservoir cap.
